He has an engineering degree and a post graduate MBA, giving him the ability to balance pragmatic solutions with sustainable commercial gain.

Mike has worked extensively in Europe for many years, and has lived and worked in Germany. He regularly works in European organisations and operates at both commercial and board levels for clients in professional services and manufacturing sectors. He also has considerable experience of integrating acquired businesses, developing synergies for strategic growth and business planning.
