Career History
Prior to establishing himself as a career interim and consultant, Paul
held a number of senior positions within Magna International until April 2007. With an unparalleled ability to build strategic
relationships with customers, one of Paul’s objectives was to establish Magna’s credibility with Asian manufacturers.
As an Executive Director Paul achieved Magna’s first major contracts with Toyota and Honda capturing business with a
value of £190m p.a.
Demonstrating a long and successful history of international business activity, Paul has
achieved considerable success in countries as diverse as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Poland and Japan in addition to many other
challenging environments.
With key skills encompassing business development, acquisition and strategic customer
relationships at the most senior levels, Paul is an astute and valuable team oriented professional with a formidable career
portfolio.

interior trim business with Asian customers.

with Toyota and introduction of new business.

suspension business for both automotive and rail industries.
1983 – 1990 Monroe Europe (UK) Ltd. Manufacturers
of automotive shock absorbers and suspension systems. Sales Executive responsible for business with Ford Motor Co, Lotus Cars

1975 – 1983 Massey Ferguson. As Parts Sales Manager, Middle East
& Eastern Europe, won substantial contracts, particularly in Iraq and Poland.
