Richard is a Senior
Director level logistics professional used to leading work on strategic reviews, major projects, operational recoveries &
financial turn-rounds, often all in one major project. Richard has high level hands-on experience of all aspects of the
supply chain, whether in procurement, transportation or warehousing. The emphasis is always twofold - operational excellence
(or recovery) and financial stability (or recovery). Richard works in a disciplined framework of project management & process
development. Whether beginning a major implementation or needing a disaster recovery expert, Richard can assist.
He has worked in most European countries
and in addition to English he speaks Spanish, French and German. Richard has lived in Spain
and Germany and is comfortable working and presenting at both operations level and also at board level. In addition he has
worked in both sides of the logistics industry having had spells in manufacturing as well as service provider 3pl's. This
provides a wealth of experience.
