·         Reengineering Global Marketing, Sales, and Service activities of  a premium automotive company to significantly reduce the distribution costs between factory and customer while ensuring retention and differentiation of brand focus.

·         Reengineering Product Creation processes for a major automotive group to realise the synergies made possible by the acquisitions without compromising brand integrity.  Leading the business team responsible for process design, assessment, and selection

·    Change Program Director, Premier Automotive Group.  Responsible for the optimal integration of Volvo, Jaguar and Land Rover.
·    Program Architect, Global Corporate Finance.  Responsible for the largest re-engineering program ever undertaken by Finance in Ford to reduce operating cost and increase value.
·    Finance Director (Portugal). Transforming Ford’s Manufacturing and Sales Company in Portugal, during the opening of the market with EC accession.
